TalentScreen uses a credit-based billing system. Each credit equals one candidate invitation.
Credit Mechanics
When you send an exam invitation, one credit is deducted from your balance. If a candidate doesn't complete the exam within 14 days, the credit is automatically refunded. Credits reset monthly on your billing anniversary.
What Happens When You Run Out
You cannot send new invitations once your balance reaches zero. Existing invitations remain active. Upgrade your plan or purchase credit packs to continue inviting candidates.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless you're on an Enterprise plan with custom terms.
