Understanding application status and employer feedback
The application detail view provides a comprehensive look at a single job application, including the job description, your submitted materials, status timeline, interview information, and any feedback from the employer.
Detail Page Sections
- Job Details - Title, company, description, requirements
- Your Submission - Assessment scores, resume, cover letter
- Status Timeline - History of status changes with dates
- Interview Info - Date, time, format, interviewer, location/link
- Employer Feedback - Comments, ratings, or rejection reasons (if shared)
- Actions - Withdraw application, message employer, add calendar event
Interview Scheduling
When an interview is scheduled, candidates see date, time, format (phone, video, in-person), interviewer name, and any preparation instructions. Calendar invites are sent automatically with video conferencing links if applicable.
Feedback Transparency
Some employers provide feedback on rejected applications, explaining why you weren't selected and suggesting areas for improvement. Not all employers share feedback, and it's optional on their side.
Interview details are sent via email and portal notification. Check both regularly to avoid missing important updates.
