The dashboard is the candidate's home page, showing assessment history, application status, recommended jobs, and personalized insights. It's updated in real-time as new data becomes available.
Dashboard Sections
- Recent Results - Latest assessment scores and completion dates
- Application Status - Active applications with current stage (applied, interview, offer)
- Recommended Jobs - AI-matched open positions based on skills and preferences
- Career Insights - Personalized tips, skill recommendations, and growth areas
- Quick Actions - Share results, update profile, apply to jobs
- Notifications - Unread updates and announcements
Customization
Candidates can pin favorite sections, hide recommendations, and set preferences for what appears on the dashboard. Customizations are saved per account.
Notifications Badge
The bell icon shows unread notification count. Click to see recent updates like application status changes, new job matches, or assessment result additions.
The dashboard shows data from all assessments the candidate has taken, across multiple employers.
