Help improve TalentScreen by reporting bugs and technical issues
If you encounter unexpected behavior or technical issues, report them to help improve the platform.
What Counts as a Bug
Features not working as documented. Error messages during normal use. Data displaying incorrectly. Performance issues (slow loading, timeouts). Security vulnerabilities.
How to Report
Email support@talentscreens.org with "Bug Report" in the subject. Include: steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, browser/device info, screenshots or videos, and approximate time the issue occurred.
Bug Bounty Program
Security bugs are eligible for rewards. Report critical vulnerabilities to security@talentscreens.org. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before they're fixed.
Suspected security issues should be reported immediately and separately from general bug reports.
