Export candidate data in CSV or JSON for external tools
Export assessment results, candidate profiles, and analytics data in CSV or JSON format for use in external tools like data warehouses, BI platforms, or custom dashboards.
Navigate to Analytics > Data Export
Access export interface
Select data type
Candidates, sessions, scores, etc.
Apply filters
Date range, assessment type, score threshold
Choose format
CSV or JSON
Click 'Export'
Download file immediately
Exports include all candidate fields, assessment metadata, scores by category, completion timestamps, and custom fields. Each row represents one completed session. Multi-select fields are pipe-delimited.
Scheduled exports can be sent to email or uploaded to cloud storage (S3, Google Drive, Dropbox). Configure in Settings > Integrations > Data Export.
