Understand automated rejection emails and how to fix them

Auto-submitted messages are automatic replies from recipient email servers indicating delivery failure.

Common Causes

Invalid email address (typo, inactive account). Mailbox full or disabled. Recipient's server classifying messages as spam. Temporary server outage on recipient's side.

What to Do

Verify the email address is correct. Ask the recipient to check their spam folder and whitelist TalentScreen. If the issue persists, use an alternative email address or configure a custom SMTP provider.

Auto-submitted replies do not count against your credit balance. Credits are refunded automatically for undelivered invitations.
