Troubleshoot failed exports and incomplete downloads

Export failures occur when file generation times out, browser blocks downloads, or data is too large.

Browser Blocks

Check browser download settings and allow pop-ups for TalentScreen. Disable download managers that may interfere. Try exporting in incognito mode.

Timeouts

Large exports (over 500 results) may time out. Use filters to reduce dataset size. Export in smaller batches.

PDF reports are generated server-side and emailed if they exceed 10MB. Check your inbox for large reports.
