Available Indices

TalentScreen maintains indices for 200+ skills including programming languages, frameworks, soft skills, and industry knowledge. Each index is updated monthly with data from thousands of assessments.

Percentile Scores

Scores are shown as percentiles. A JavaScript score in the 85th percentile means the candidate performed better than 85% of all test-takers. Percentiles account for question difficulty and test version.
