What to do when you can't send invitations due to low balance

If you see 'Your organization has insufficient credits' when trying to send an invitation, your credit balance is zero.

Quick Fix

Purchase credits via Settings > Billing > Buy Credits. Choose a one-time credit pack or upgrade your subscription plan.

Understanding Refunds

If a candidate doesn't complete their exam within 14 days, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance. Check your transaction history to see pending refunds.

Preventing Balance Issues

Set up billing alerts in Settings > Notifications to get warned when your balance drops below 5 credits. Consider upgrading to a higher tier if you frequently run out mid-cycle.

Resending an invitation to the same candidate does NOT consume a new credit. Only brand new invitations require credits.
