Slack Notification Events

Configure which events trigger Slack notifications

slackeventsnotificationsfilters

Control which candidate actions trigger Slack notifications. Enable only the events your team needs to avoid notification fatigue.

Available Notification Events

  • Assessment Completed - Candidate finishes any assessment
  • High Score Achieved - Score exceeds your threshold
  • AI Interview Completed - Candidate finishes AI interview
  • Application Submitted - Candidate applies to a job
  • Anti-Cheat Flag - Suspicious behavior detected
  • Personality Assessment Completed - Big Five, DISC, etc.

Notification Content

Each Slack notification includes candidate name, assessment type, overall score, link to full report, and timestamp. High-score notifications are highlighted with a trophy emoji. Anti-cheat flags include severity level and evidence summary.

Channel Routing

Route events to different channels based on type. For example: assessment completions to #hiring, high scores to #top-candidates, anti-cheat flags to #security. Each event can have multiple destination channels.

Use score thresholds to reduce noise. Setting a threshold of 80 means only candidates scoring 80+ trigger notifications.
