Only notify your team about high-scoring candidates
Set minimum score thresholds to filter Slack notifications. Only candidates meeting or exceeding the threshold trigger alerts, reducing notification volume.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Slack
Open Slack configuration
Find 'Score Threshold' under event filters
Located in the filters section
Set the minimum score (0-100)
Candidates below this score won't trigger notifications
Enable 'High Score Achieved' event
This event respects the threshold
Save changes
Threshold applies immediately
Thresholds apply to the overall assessment score. If a candidate scores 82 overall and your threshold is 80, a notification is sent. Category-specific thresholds (e.g., technical score only) are not currently supported.
Different assessments can have different thresholds. Set per-assessment thresholds in the assessment settings, then override globally in Slack settings.
