Share secure, read-only reports with hiring managers or clients
Embeddable reports let you share candidate results with people outside your TalentScreen account. Perfect for showing assessments to hiring managers, external recruiters, or clients without giving them full platform access.
Embedded reports are read-only and can be password-protected or time-limited. You control which sections appear (hide salary expectations or personal notes). Recipients don't need a TalentScreen account.
Select a Candidate Report
From a candidate's profile, click 'Share Report'. Choose 'Generate Embeddable Link' for a standalone URL or 'Get Embed Code' for iframe integration.
Configure Visibility Settings
Toggle sections on/off: show exam scores and answers, hide personal info and interview notes. Decide on password protection and expiration date.
Customize Branding
White-label the report with your company logo and colors. Remove TalentScreen branding on Pro+ plans. Ensures a seamless external experience.
Generate the Link or Code
Copy the unique URL to share via email, or paste the iframe code into your website/portal. The report is live immediately.
Track Views and Revoke Access
See who viewed the report and when in the sharing log. Revoke the link anytime to disable access without breaking existing page embeds.
Use expiring links (7-day default) for sensitive reports shared via email. Permanent links work better for iframe embeds on internal portals.
