Track candidates through stages from application to offer
TalentScreen's pipeline view gives you a Kanban-style board to move candidates through hiring stages. Track progress, spot bottlenecks, and collaborate with your team without switching tools.
Default stages are Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, and Hired. Customize stages to match your process: add 'Technical Round 2' or 'Manager Review' as needed.
Access the Pipeline
From your dashboard, click 'Pipeline' in the main nav. Select the job posting you want to manage. All candidates for that role appear in stage columns.
Review New Applications
Candidates start in 'Applied'. Click a card to see resume, exam results, and application answers. Star promising candidates for quick filtering.
Move Candidates Forward
Drag cards between stages or use the 'Move to...' dropdown. Candidates automatically receive status emails when moved to Interview or Offer stages.
Collaborate with Notes
Leave comments on candidate cards. Tag teammates with @mentions. Notes sync across your team in real-time. Use threads for structured feedback.
Bulk Actions for Efficiency
Select multiple candidates to reject, move, or tag at once. Schedule interviews in bulk using our calendar integration.
Set stage SLAs (e.g., 'Interview stage should take max 5 days') to get alerts when candidates stall. Fast pipelines improve candidate experience and acceptance rates.
Pipeline analytics show average time-in-stage, drop-off rates, and bottlenecks. Export data to spreadsheets for deeper analysis or compliance reporting.
