Deleting Your TalentScreen Account
How to permanently delete your account and what happens to your data.
You can permanently delete your TalentScreen account at any time. This action is irreversible and removes all your data from our systems.
Before You Delete
Download your data using the Personal Data Export feature. Once your account is deleted, you cannot retrieve this information.
Cancel any active subscriptions. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing.
If you're an employer with active job postings, withdraw or close them first. Deletion may impact candidates who applied.
Account deletion is permanent. You cannot undo this action or recover your data afterward.
Deletion Process
Go to Settings and select Account. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Delete Account'. You'll be asked to confirm by entering your email address.
After confirmation, your account is immediately deactivated. You'll receive a final email confirming the deletion request.
What Gets Deleted
Your profile, assessment results, job applications, and all personal information are permanently removed within 30 days.
Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics and legal compliance. This data cannot be linked back to you.
