Exporting Your Personal Data
How to download a complete copy of your TalentScreen data in machine-readable format.
TalentScreen supports data portability. You can export a complete copy of your personal data in JSON format at any time.
What's Included
Your export includes profile information, account settings, assessment results, application history, and messages.
For employers, the export includes job postings, team member lists (names and roles only), and candidate interactions.
The data is provided in structured JSON format that can be processed by other applications or imported into databases.
Exports do not include data owned by other users, such as employer notes about your application or proprietary assessment questions.
How to Export
Navigate to Settings and select Privacy & Data. Click 'Request Data Export'.
Your export will be prepared within 24 hours. You'll receive an email with a secure download link when it's ready.
The download link expires after 7 days. If you miss the window, you can request a new export.
Exports are useful for backing up your data, switching platforms, or reviewing what information TalentScreen has stored.
