Assessment Types

• Case-based exam: Scenario-driven questions testing problem-solving and decision-making skills
• AI interview: Conversational assessment where AI asks follow-up questions based on responses
• Personality test: Psychometric evaluation measuring traits like adaptability, leadership, and teamwork
• Hybrid assessment: Combines multiple assessment types into a single session

User Roles

• Admin: Full platform access including billing, user management, and system settings
• HR Manager: Can create assessments, invite candidates, and view all results within their organization
• Reviewer: Read-only access to candidate results and reports
• Candidate: External users taking assessments (do not have dashboard access)

Scoring and Analytics

• Overall score: Weighted average across all assessment sections
• Section score: Performance on individual parts (case analysis, AI interview, personality)
• Percentile rank: Candidate's performance compared to others who took the same assessment
• Competency rating: Evaluation of specific skills like communication, critical thinking, or technical knowledge
• Pass/fail threshold: Minimum score required to pass, set by HR when creating the assessment

Technical Terms

• Magic link: Passwordless authentication method sending a secure login URL via email
• Session: A single instance of a candidate taking an assessment (tracked from start to submission)
• Credit: Unit of platform currency consumed when a candidate completes an assessment
• Auto-save: Background feature saving candidate progress every few seconds
• Proctoring: Optional AI-based monitoring detecting unusual behavior during exams
