Guidelines for appropriate use of TalentScreen platform and prohibited activities.
This Acceptable Use Policy defines appropriate use of TalentScreen services. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
TalentScreen may be used for: legitimate hiring and recruitment processes, candidate skills assessment, internal employee evaluation (with consent), training and development programs, and authorized research (with proper IRB approval and consent).
You may not: share assessments publicly or with competitors, reverse engineer or extract assessment content, use automated tools to complete assessments, create fake accounts or manipulate scores, discriminate based on protected characteristics, harvest or scrape user data, or resell access to the platform.
Using TalentScreen for discriminatory hiring practices violates this policy and may violate employment law. We report suspected discrimination to authorities.
Maintain assessment security and confidentiality. Do not share assessment content, answers, or scoring algorithms. Do not coach candidates on specific answers. Do not allow unauthorized access to candidate reports. Secure proctoring environments appropriately.
Use strong, unique passwords. Enable two-factor authentication. Do not share credentials. Monitor authorized users regularly. Report suspicious activity immediately. Review access logs quarterly.
Do not use TalentScreen to: send spam or unsolicited messages, distribute malware or malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or threaten candidates or users, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We investigate reported violations and take appropriate action, including warnings, feature restrictions, or account termination. Report policy violations to ${SITE.email.support}. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
