By accessing TalentScreen, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our platform, including assessment creation, candidate evaluation, and data processing services.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, including password confidentiality and authorized user access. Accounts are non-transferable. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Organizations are responsible for their users' actions and compliance with these terms. You may not share accounts or allow unauthorized access to assessments or candidate data.
Use TalentScreen only for lawful hiring and assessment purposes. Prohibited activities include: reverse engineering, data scraping, automated testing, sharing assessments publicly, discriminatory practices, or bypassing access controls.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
We provide services on an as-is basis with reasonable uptime expectations. We may modify features, pricing, or terms with 30 days notice for material changes. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party integrations.
Either party may terminate service with written notice. Upon termination, you retain access until the end of your billing period. We retain data for 30 days post-termination unless deletion is requested. Unpaid accounts may be suspended without notice.
