Best for high-volume roles where you need to screen dozens of candidates quickly. Ideal for initial screening rounds. Not recommended for senior executive roles or positions requiring live interaction nuance.
Create Interview Questions
From the Exams page, choose 'Add AI Interview'. Create 3-5 open-ended questions. Example: 'Describe a time you resolved a production incident under pressure.'
Set Response Limits
Define max response time per question (30-120 seconds) and number of retakes allowed (0-2). Longer limits suit storytelling questions.
Configure AI Analysis
Choose what to analyze: keyword matching, sentiment, speech clarity, filler word count, or custom rubrics. Select scoring weights for each factor.
Enable Proctoring Features
Require webcam-on recording. Enable tab-switch detection if you want to flag candidates who look away frequently.
Test the Experience
Use 'Preview as Candidate' to record sample answers yourself. Verify video quality, audio clarity, and question flow before sending invites.
AI scores are guidance tools, not hiring decisions. Always review flagged candidates manually. Our AI highlights patterns but can't replace human judgment.
Transcripts appear within minutes of submission. Sort candidates by AI score, watch top-ranked answers first, or filter by keyword matches. Leave timestamped notes for your team during playback.
