Add recruiters, hiring managers, and admins with role-based permissions
TalentScreen supports unlimited team members on all paid plans. Assign roles to control who can create exams, view candidate data, or manage billing. Collaborate seamlessly with hiring managers across departments.
Admins have full access to all features and settings. Recruiters can create exams, invite candidates, and view all results. Hiring Managers see only candidates for jobs they're assigned to. Reviewers have read-only access for feedback.
Navigate to Team Settings
From your dashboard, go to Settings > Team. Click 'Invite Member'. You'll see a list of current members and pending invitations.
Send Invitations
Enter email addresses (one per line for bulk invites). Choose role: Admin, Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or Reviewer. Add optional welcome message.
Assign Job-Specific Permissions
For Hiring Managers, specify which job postings they can access. This scopes their dashboard to only relevant candidates.
Manage Existing Members
Change roles, reassign jobs, or remove members anytime. View last login and activity logs to audit account usage.
Configure Team Defaults
Set default notification preferences for new members. Enable two-factor authentication requirements for security-sensitive roles.
Only Admins can access billing, API keys, and integrations. Be cautious assigning the Admin role. Use Recruiter role for most team members.
Use Hiring Manager roles to give department leads visibility without overwhelming them with all candidates. Assign Reviewers for panel members who provide feedback but don't manage the process. Regularly audit team access, especially after employee departures.
